RVU

The RVU PIM architecture is a general-purpose Processing-in-Memory architecture that aims to provide overall efficiency for general-purpose systems. RVU stantds for Reconfigurable Vector Unit, and it is able to operate over scalar and large vector operands.

RVU architecture comprises not only the processing units but also the entire environmnent, considering code-offloading, cache-coherence, and virtual memory ory management. Additionally, a compiler (PRIMO) and a simulator (Sim²PIM) are available.

More details on RVU architecture will be posted here soon. Meanwhile, it is possible to check the RVU publications.
